3. PRE-ORDERED ITEMS (A.K.A ITEMS NOT IN HAND) :
· As usual, please use the ORDER FORM.
· A Deposit of 50% of total order amount is required. Balance of 50% is to be paid when your order arrives Malaysia, before they can be shipped to you.
· Standard shipping from the USA takes about 2-3 weeks (working weeks) from order placement. Early arrival/delay in shipment is subject to efficiency at the Post Office/Customs Office.
4. COMMITMENT : Only SERIOUS BUYERS please! If you are not sure about purchasing, please be VERY SURE before enquiring/confirming your purchase.
5. FINAL : ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Consider the items you wish to purchase CAREFULLY. Once an Order Form/deposit/payment of any kind has been made, there can be NO CHANGES/NO REFUNDS/NO CANCELLATION to your order. Should you cancel your order, your payment will be forfeited.
6. LOWEST NETT PRICES EVER : ALL PRICES ARE FINAL. We have tried to offer the lowest possible price for our customers. Nonetheless, we are still human, and are imperfect. So, should you find a lower NETT selling price for the EXACT AUTHENTIC item available on our blog-site (which we think would be close to impossible for you to find :P), please send us proof (by sending us the link) & we will be happy to MATCH the lower nett selling price the best we can.
If we cannot match the lower price for whatever reasons, we'll be honest & do feel free to grab your bargains elsewhere. Please do not insult us by comparing our goods’ prices with those of fake/imitation/counterfeit goods. We reserve the right to decline any order, at our discretion.

· We DO NOT sell/support Fake goods, Imitation, Counterfeit or Designer Inspired Items. We encourage our customers to check authenticity of our goods with any of the respective Designer boutiques / counters located in Malaysia.
8. CONDITION OF ITEMS : Please do remember that we shop mainly at the Outlets in the USA, hence the cheap affordable prices. Which means, the bags may have been handled many times & may have scuffs. If you are looking for a 100% perfect bag, please do shop at the Coach Boutiques at KLCC / Gardens.
9. PICTURE QUALITY : As a result of photography and different computer monitor settings, colors of actual items vs pictures taken MAY DIFFER. Shoppers who are very unsure, please ask & seek clarification.
10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO : We always use Pos Laju. Items will be shipped on MONDAYs & FRIDAYs. We will not be responsible for any damages or losses during shipping. You will be given a PosLaju tracking number to track your package delivery date.
