Buy-Now-Pay-Later for PRE-ORDER

i) applicable to all Pre-Order items published at Bagskaki + any other items from other websites that interest you.

ii) if you see anything that you'd like at other websites, just send us the URL link, and we will provide you with a quote.

iii) to confirm an order, submit the Order Form & pay 50% of the full amount within 48 hours. Once payment is received, the bag will be reserved for you.

- Once the 50% payment is made, no changes to the Order is allowed. This includes, change of color, change of Style No, change of bag size, etc etc.

iv) tell us when is your 2nd OR 2nd+3rd payment

v) last payment date - 31 JAN 2010

vi) if we do not receive your complete payment by 31-Jan-2010, all prior paid fees will be FORFEITED & the bag(s) will be open for sale to other buyers. There is no compromise to this dateline, please be very clear about it.

vii) Bag(s) will only be delivered upon completion of full payment made.

- So if you need your bag(s) urgently, plan your payment schedule in advance. After all, we are responsible adults :)

- If you need your bag(s) before any festive season, eg Raya Haji, Christmas etc, please schedule your final payment at least 3 days prior to the festive date. It allows time for completion of the transfer of funds, packing your bag(s), sending them to the post office & our postmen to deliver to your doorstep.

viii) for more value for money, get your desired bag(s) via Cash&Carry / Direct Purchase for additional discounts PLUS a beautiful free gift!

Buy-Now-Pay-Later for STOCKS IN HAND

i) applicable to all stocks-in-hand at Bagskaki

ii) to confirm an order, submit the Order Form & pay 50% of the full amount within 48 hours. Once payment is received, the bag will be reserved for you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS : IMPORTANT TO READ PRIOR TO MAKING ANY PURCHASES!

1. PRIORITY : Purchases are based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Priority will be given to those who are able to make payment first/earlier, especially so in the event of availability of only ONE piece/unit.

2. ORDER FORM : To purchase an item, all customers MUST use & email us our ORDER FORM (refer : How To Order a.k.a. Order Form). Your order will be cancelled & items will be released for sale again if payment is not made WITHIN 48 HOURS/2 DAYS of order form sent. Emails without an Order Form is NOT considered a confirmed order from your end.

3. PRE-ORDERED ITEMS (A.K.A ITEMS NOT IN HAND) :
· As usual, please use the ORDER FORM.
· A Deposit of 50% of total order amount is required. Balance of 50% is to be paid when your order arrives Malaysia, before they can be shipped to you.
· Standard shipping from the USA takes about 2-3 weeks (working weeks) from order placement. Early arrival/delay in shipment is subject to efficiency at the Post Office/Customs Office.

4. COMMITMENT : Only SERIOUS BUYERS please! If you are not sure about purchasing, please be VERY SURE before enquiring/confirming your purchase.

5. FINAL : ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Consider the items you wish to purchase CAREFULLY. Once an Order Form/deposit/payment of any kind has been made, there can be NO CHANGES/NO REFUNDS/NO CANCELLATION to your order. Should you cancel your order, your payment will be forfeited.

6. LOWEST NETT PRICES EVER : ALL PRICES ARE FINAL. We have tried to offer the lowest possible price for our customers. Nonetheless, we are still human, and are imperfect. So, should you find a lower NETT selling price for the EXACT AUTHENTIC item available on our blog-site (which we think would be close to impossible for you to find :P), please send us proof (by sending us the link) & we will be happy to MATCH the lower nett selling price the best we can.

If we cannot match the lower price for whatever reasons, we'll be honest & do feel free to grab your bargains elsewhere. Please do not insult us by comparing our goods’ prices with those of fake/imitation/counterfeit goods. We reserve the right to decline any order, at our discretion.

v) Proof must be submitted BEFORE any final purchase made. All sales are FINAL. No negotiation/proof will be entertained once a purchase/payment has been made.

7. ITEMS : ALL items are 100% AUTHENTIC & BRAND NEW WITH PRICE TAG unless stated otherwise.
· COACH & Designer items are flown in from the USA, sourced from either the Designer boutiques or Designer Outlets.
· gin&Jacqie bags are sourced from the Designer herself, based in Malaysia.
· We DO NOT sell/support Fake goods, Imitation, Counterfeit or Designer Inspired Items. We encourage our customers to check authenticity of our goods with any of the respective Designer boutiques / counters located in Malaysia.

8. CONDITION OF ITEMS : Please do remember that we shop mainly at the Outlets in the USA, hence the cheap affordable prices. Which means, the bags may have been handled many times & may have scuffs. If you are looking for a 100% perfect bag, please do shop at the Coach Boutiques at KLCC / Gardens.

9. PICTURE QUALITY : As a result of photography and different computer monitor settings, colors of actual items vs pictures taken MAY DIFFER. Shoppers who are very unsure, please ask & seek clarification.

10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO : We always use Pos Laju. Items will be shipped on MONDAYs & FRIDAYs. We will not be responsible for any damages or losses during shipping. You will be given a PosLaju tracking number to track your package delivery date.
· For PRE-ORDERED ITEMS from the USA, standard shipping from the USA takes about 2-3 weeks (working weeks) from order placement. Early arrival/delay in shipment is subject to efficiency at the Post Office/Customs Office. Thank you for your understanding.

11. POSTAGE : We always use Pos Laju or Pos Express (for smaller sized items). We offer FREE SHIPPING (for delivery within Malaysia only). For International delivery, please enquire within.

12. CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES : WE WILL ABSORB THE COST! Woohoo!

13. PAYMENT METHODS (FOR LOCAL ORDERS – MALAYSIA) (ITEMS IN HAND) : *Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours/2 days from the order placement date.

ii) Installment plans

• we offer ANY # of installments, subject to a maximum of 90 days.
• For purchases of ANY amount. (*please provide us a copy of your transaction details to facilitate us in tracking your payment)
• You will only get your item(s) once payment has been completed.

· Only for purchases above RM1,000.00
· 4% fees on-top of purchase price, applicable.
