(bagskaki-preLOVED) TERMS & CONDITIONS : IMPORTANT TO READ PRIOR TO MAKING ANY PURCHASES!

1. PRIORITY : Purchases are based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Priority will be given to those who are able to make payment first/earlier, especially so in the event of availability of only ONE piece/unit.

2. ORDER FORM : To purchase an item, please use the ORDER FORM (refer : How To Order a.k.a. Order Form). Your order will be cancelled & items will be released for sale again if payment is not made WITHIN 48 HOURS/2 DAYS of order form sent.

3. PRE-LOVED ITEMS SELECTIONS :
i) Items are sold on ‘as-is’ basis.

ii) We endeavor to provide complete details of the Pre-Loved items to our best knowledge, with descriptions & detailed photos taken. Please ask for more pictures if in doubt, as all sale are final.
4. COMMITMENT : Only SERIOUS BUYERS please! If you are not sure about purchasing, be a wise customer & always do your homework. Be VERY SURE before confirming your purchase. We are open to know of other lower prices attainable elsewhere. This will help us improve in our service to you :)

5. FINAL : ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Consider the items you wish to purchase CAREFULLY. Once an Order Form/deposit/payment of any kind has been made, there can be NO CHANGES/NO REFUNDS/NO CANCELLATION to your order. Should you cancel your order, your payment will be forfeited.

6. AUTHENTICITY : ALL items are 100% AUTHENTIC.
We DO NOT sell/support Fake goods, Imitation, Counterfeit or Designer Inspired Items. We encourage our customers to check authenticity of our goods with any of the respective Designer boutiques / counters located in Malaysia.

7. PICTURE QUALITY : As a result of photography and different computer monitor settings, colors of actual items vs pictures taken MAY DIFFER. Shoppers who are very unsure, please ask & seek clarification.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO : We always use Pos Laju. Items will be shipped on MONDAYs & FRIDAYs. We will not be responsible for any damages or losses during shipping. You will be given a PosLaju tracking number to track your package delivery date.

9. POSTAGE : We always use Pos Laju or Pos Express (for smaller sized items). We offer FREE SHIPPING (for delivery within Malaysia only). For International delivery, please enquire within.

10. PAYMENT METHODS (PreLoved items) :
Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours/2 days from the order placement date.

We accept :
i) Cash Deposit/bank-transfer via MAYBANK or HONGLEONG BANK

ii) Cash deposited via ATM machine (*please provide us a copy of the cash deposit slip to facilitate us in tracking your payment)

iii) Cash transfer via Internet banking (*please provide us the Internet-banking transaction details to facilitate us in tracking your payment details)

iv) Credit card payment via PayPal. However, there is a Paypal transaction fee of 4% which is to be borne by customers i.e. you. This fee is charged by PayPal.
