3. PRE-ORDERED ITEMS SELECTIONS :
- We endeavor to bring you ANY Designer brands which are on SALE in the US/UK.
- 'Validity period' = there is a stipulated sale period. Once it ends, the Sale Prices is no longer applicable, hence we have to pay a higher price.
- 'while stocks last' = there is no stipulated sale period. Hence, items are subject to availability at the various Outlets that we patronise.

- COACH & All Designer items are flown in from the USA, sourced from either the Designer boutiques or Designer Outlets.
- We DO NOT sell/support Fake goods, Imitation, Counterfeit or Designer Inspired Items. We encourage our customers to check authenticity of our goods with any of the respective Designer boutiques / counters located in Malaysia.
8. PICTURE QUALITY : As a result of photography and different computer monitor settings, colors of actual items vs pictures taken MAY DIFFER. Shoppers who are very unsure, please ask & seek clarification.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO : We always use Pos Laju. Items will be shipped on MONDAYs & FRIDAYs. We will not be responsible for any damages or losses during shipping. You will be given a PosLaju tracking number to track your package delivery date.
- For PRE-ORDERED ITEMS from the USA/UK, standard shipping from the USA/UK takes about 2-3 weeks (working weeks) from order placement. Early arrival/delay in shipment is subject to efficiency at the Post Office/Customs Office. Thank you for your understanding.
10. POSTAGE : We always use Pos Laju or Pos Express (for smaller sized items). We offer FREE SHIPPING (for delivery within Malaysia only). For International delivery, please enquire within.
11. CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES : We will absorb the cost. Woohoo!
12. PAYMENT METHODS (PRE-ORDER items) :
- Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours/2 days from the order placement date.
- A Deposit of 50% of total order amount is required. Balance of 50% is to be paid when your order arrives Malaysia, before they can be shipped to you.
- We accept
i) Cash Deposit/bank-transfer via MAYBANK or HONGLEONG BANK
ii) Cash deposited via ATM machine (*please provide us a copy of the cash deposit slip to facilitate us in tracking your payment)
iii) Cash transfer via Internet banking (*please provide us the Internet-banking transaction details to facilitate us in tracking your payment details)
iv) Credit card payment via PayPal. However, there is a Paypal transaction fee of 4% which is to be borne by customers i.e. you. This fee is charged by PayPal.
